CPL Philip R. Frankiewicz, from Chicago, IL  arrived in Vietnam October 19, 1968 and was assigned to A/2-501 IN. KIA: 02/13/1969. He is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Roman S. Frankiewicz of 5116 South Wood Street, Chicago, Illinois, and is a 1966 graduate of the Chicago Catholic Educational System.
